His background includes the following: active service in the Marine Corps, a college graduate who attended both George Mason University and the University of Virginia, as well as the Founder and President of Cardinal Mortgage Company in Great Falls, VA with offices throughout the Commonwealth for over 20 years. Jim was a certified VA State Construction Inspector and has built several homes. These skills bring a variety of expertise to those looking for permanent homes, rentals, renovations, as well as new construction. His motto is “there are no problems, only solutions". Jim enjoys golfing and fishing on the Outer Banks.
